Curd Cream Pie with Blackberries

If you don't have blackberries on hand, try replacing them with some other berry with similar properties - not too sour and not too sweet.

For the test, mix flour with butter, add baking soda and lemon juice. Put a quarter of the dough in the freezer, roll out the rest and place it in a form lined with baking paper, pricking it with a fork.
- Wheat flour: 210 g
- Butter: 150 g
- Soda: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

To prepare the cottage cheese cream, beat the eggs with sugar until creamy, add the cottage cheese and beat again. Spread the cottage cheese filling on the dough and distribute the berries on top.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 100 g
- Cottage cheese: 320 g
- Blackberry: 200 g

Chop the hazelnuts into coarse crumbs.
- Hazelnut: 100 g

Take the dough out of the freezer and mix it with chopped hazelnuts. Sprinkle the resulting mixture over the blackberries. Cover the dish with foil and place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for forty minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another ten minutes.
