Knead the dough from flour, margarine, 80 g of sugar, 2 egg yolks, lemon zest, and salt.

Prepare the filling from cottage cheese, 2 egg yolks, 4 egg whites (previously whipped with a blender), vanilla sugar (can be replaced with regular sugar and add a bit of vanilla separately), and raisins.
