In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and cocoa; in another, mix sugar and butter (at room temperature).

- Cocoa powder: 60 g
- Sugar: 150 g

Beat sugar with butter until smooth using a mixer, add melted chocolate and mix. Then pour in the milk, add egg whites and a few drops of vanilla essence. Whip everything into a uniform mass.

Gradually add flour to the prepared mixture, mixing each portion with a mixer. Pour into molds, filling them 2/3 full, and bake at 180 degrees for about 22-25 minutes or until done (check readiness with a toothpick).
