Cottage cheese in chocolate with fruits is a refined dessert that combines the tenderness of the cottage cheese mass, the rich sweetness of chocolate, and vibrant fruity accents. This recipe has its roots in European cuisine, where special attention is paid to the harmony of flavors and textures. The crispy chocolate shell hides a soft, airy filling of cottage cheese perfectly complemented by tart-sweet fruits like kiwi and cherry. This treat will not only delight sweet lovers but also serve as a wonderful treat for special occasions. It is perfect for cooling on hot days and pairs beautifully with a cup of aromatic coffee or tea. Quick preparation makes this dessert a convenient option for unexpected guests or spontaneous cravings for something special.

1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Use a silicone brush to thoroughly coat the molds with chocolate. Don't skimp on the chocolate - let the layer be thicker. After all molds are covered with chocolate, place them in the freezer.
- Chocolate: 150 g
2
While the chocolate sets, prepare the cottage cheese filling. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar. Use a blender (or pass through a sieve) to combine the sugar and cottage cheese into a smooth mixture.
- Cottage cheese: 250 g
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
3
Chop the kiwi. Chop the cherry.
- Kiwi: to taste
- Canned cherries: to taste
4
Take the molds out of the freezer and fill them, alternating layers of cottage cheese and fruits. Mix the cottage cheese with the fruits if you don't want to make layers. The filling should be almost to the edge. Pour chocolate on top and smooth it out. Send everything to the freezer.
- Cottage cheese: 250 g
- Kiwi: to taste
- Canned cherries: to taste
- Chocolate: 150 g
