Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, add semolina, sugar, salt, eggs and mix. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Cottage cheese: 500 g
- Semolina: 150 g
- Sugar: 50 g
- Salt: pinch
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Shape small balls from this mass and boil them in salted water. When they float, they are ready. Serve with sour cream or plum jam. Or sprinkle with crushed toasted breadcrumbs and sugar.
