Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat - about 180 degrees. Air temperature - about 160 degrees.

For the sandy dough, mix flour with baking powder in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a mixer (using the dough hook) for a while on low speed, then on high speed until a dough forms, then roll the dough into a ball. Roll the dough to about 0.5 cm thick on a floured surface, cut out cookies with baking molds, place on a baking sheet, and bake for about 12 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 150 g
- Dr. Oetker baking powder: pinch
- Sugar: 50 g
- Butter: 100 g

Remove the cookies from the tray along with the paper and cool on a kitchen rack.

To decorate, prepare a syrup from powdered sugar and lemon juice, coloring it with food dye in any color. Cover the cookies with powdered sugar glaze and decorate with various elements or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
