Mix the yolk well with sugar, add flour, and gradually add 30 g of warm coffee.
- Egg yolk: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 100 g
- Wheat flour: 40 g
- Freshly brewed coffee: 50 ml

Add the obtained mixture to 260 ml of warm milk. Heat on low until thickened.
- Milk: 400 ml

In a separate bowl, beat the butter with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until creamy.
- Butter: 120 g
- Powdered sugar: 2 tablespoons

Add the butter mixture and cognac to the cooled cream.
- Cognac: 1 tablespoon

Mix 140 ml of milk and 20 g of coffee in a bowl. Dip the cookies until soft (very carefully, not to over-soak) and layer them, alternating between cookie and cream layers. The last layer should be cream.
