Chocolate-nut candies are an exquisite dessert that combines the rich taste of chocolate with the crunchy notes of almonds and hazelnuts. These candies emerged as a simple yet elegant way to enjoy the richness of nuts and cocoa. Historically, nuts and chocolate were often used in Russian cuisine to create desserts that highlight natural flavors without excessive sweetness. The pleasant bitterness of dark chocolate or the soft creaminess of milk chocolate combined with aromatic roasted nuts creates a harmony of flavors. Such candies are perfect for serving with tea or coffee and can also make a wonderful gift made with love. Their ease of preparation makes the recipe accessible even for beginners, while the pleasure from the result is truly unforgettable.

1
Heat the pan to maximum temperature, add the nuts, and reduce the power to medium. To prevent the nuts from burning, they need to be stirred constantly. They should be roasted until golden brown (about 2 minutes).
- Roasted almonds: 75 g
- Roasted hazelnuts: 75 g
2
While setting the nuts aside, we melt dark/milk chocolate in a water bath. Once the chocolate is a uniform mass, we turn off the heat and mix this mass with the nuts.
- Chocolate: 100 g
3
We take a baking tray or a large flat plate, lay out parchment, and form candies with a teaspoon - they should be in uneven small shapes (about 16 pieces).
4
Leave the candies on the table for 3-4 minutes to reach room temperature and avoid cracking.
5
We put it in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
