Coconut cream Raffaello is an embodiment of tenderness and lightness reminiscent of the famous candies. Its history is inspired by a love for refined desserts, where coconut sweetness blends with a creamy texture. The cream has a rich, creamy-coconut flavor with subtle notes of white chocolate, creating a sense of softness and harmony. It is perfect as a standalone dessert, an addition to baked goods, or a base for sophisticated pastries. The uniqueness of this cream lies in its silky consistency achieved by gradually mixing melted chocolate and butter with condensed milk and coconut flakes. After cooling, it acquires a thick, velvety texture that reveals the full depth of coconut aroma and sweetness.
