Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare the pan by greasing it with olive oil.

Mix all the ingredients — grate the apple, chop the nuts and dates coarsely, add juice if necessary, as the apple will provide some juice. The dough should be moldable but not liquid.
- Apple: 1 piece
- Oat flakes: 0.8 glass
- Apple juice: 3 tablespoons
- Oat flour: 60 g
- Cashew: 0.3 glass
- Pitted dates: 0.3 glass
- Cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
