Peach donuts are a delicate and airy treat inspired by traditional Turkish pastries. Their roots trace back to the rich culinary culture of the Ottoman Empire, where sweet delights held a special place. The flavor of the donuts unfolds with the softness of yeast dough and the juiciness of peaches, adding a sweet, refreshing note. Light caramelization of the fruits during frying makes the filling particularly aromatic. They are served warm, dusted with powdered sugar, creating a perfect blend of sweetness and crispy crust. These donuts are ideal for cozy family evenings or festive treats, filling the home with warmth and the sweet aroma of fresh baking.
