Lemon cottage cheese cookies are a delicate treat with a tender texture and fresh citrus aroma. Its history begins in European cuisine, where simple yet refined flavors are valued. The cottage cheese gives the cookies softness and lightness, while the lemon zest adds a refreshing tartness harmoniously complemented by the sweetness of honey and vanilla sugar. These cookies are perfect with morning coffee or evening tea, filling the home with coziness and warmth. They are especially good fresh when their crispy crust reveals the depth of flavor. They are quick and easy to prepare but can create a bakery atmosphere right in your kitchen with their aroma.
