A quick no-bake cake is a simple yet elegant treat perfect for those who want to enjoy homemade desserts without using an oven. This dessert, inspired by European traditions, surprises with its lightness and delicate flavor. The sweetness of condensed milk, light layered cakes soaked in aromatic cream with vanilla notes create a harmonious balance of taste. Cake scraps turned into a crispy topping add textural variety and complete the cake's composition. It is great for both cozy tea gatherings and festive tables. The key is to give it time to soak so that each layer reveals its true flavor, transforming simple ingredients into a culinary wonder.

1
Make the cake batter, mix all the ingredients (flour - 3 cups, condensed milk, 1 egg, baking soda).
- Wheat flour: 3.5 glasss
- Condensed milk: 1 jar
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Slaked soda: 1 teaspoon
2
Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll one piece larger than the pan and place it on the heated pan. After a minute, flip it (the pancakes cook very quickly). Trim the edges of the flipped pancake (the trimmings will be used for sprinkling the cake).
3
For the cream, mix all the ingredients except for the butter and heat until thickened, stirring vigorously.
- Milk: 750 ml
- Sugar: 1.5 glass
- Vanillin: 1 piece
4
At the end, add butter to the hot cream.
- Butter: 200 g
5
Grease the layers with warm cream and sprinkle the top and sides with crushed crumbs.
6
Leave the cake for a few hours to soak well.
