Vanilla-chocolate cottage cheese dessert is a delicate blend of airy cottage cheese, sweet vanilla, and rich cocoa. We pour gelatin with milk and let it swell for 1-1.5 hours. We place the swollen gelatin on low heat and stir constantly until fully dissolved.
- Gelatin: 35 g
- Milk: 2 glasss

Add sugar and vanilla sugar to gelatin with milk, stir until completely dissolved, and cool to room temperature.
- Sugar: 0.8 glass
- Vanillin: to taste

We strain the cottage cheese through a sieve or with a blender until it reaches a paste-like consistency.
- Cottage cheese: 500 g

Add sour cream to the gelatin mixture, mix well, and combine with the cottage cheese mass.
- Sour cream 15%: 400 g

We divide the obtained mixture into 2 parts, adding cocoa to one and mixing well. Pour the light layer into the mold and send it to the refrigerator to set. Alternatively, you can place the mold in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
- Cocoa: 2 tablespoons

When the first layer hardens, we pour the second one and send it to harden again.

Once the dessert is fully set, it can be cut into portions and decorated with fruits or chocolate.
