Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line the baking tray with parchment paper.

Grind the oats using a blender. Mix flour, cocoa, oats, and baking powder.
- Wheat flour: 180 g
- Cocoa powder: 4 tablespoons
- Baking powder: 0.3 teaspoon
- Oat flakes: 2 tablespoons

In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter with sugar, add Nutella, and mix. Beat in the egg.

- Brown sugar: 100 g
- Nutella®: 2 tablespoons

Add liquid ingredients to dry ones, knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
