Crush the candies in a food processor into small pieces. Place half of the broken candies in a plate and set aside.
- Mint caramel: 30 pieces

Mix milk, sugar, salt, and the other half of the candies in a saucepan. Place over medium heat and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved and the candies are partially dissolved for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour the milk mixture into a separate pot and let it cool to room temperature.
- Milk 3.5%: 1 glass
- Sugar: 120 g
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon

Add cold cream to the cooled milk mixture and mix well. Tightly close the pot with a lid and place it in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours for further cooling.

Take the ice cream out of the freezer, pour it into the ice cream maker, and churn for 20-40 minutes. In the last minute of churning, add the remaining crushed candies. Then fill a container with the mixture and place it in the freezer for 3-4 hours until fully set.

If you don't have an ice cream maker, immediately pour the frozen mixture into a container, add candies, mix, and place it in the freezer. Take out the container and stir the contents every half hour until it sets.
