Pancake salad with smoked chicken is an unusual and exquisite dish of Mediterranean cuisine. Light, thin pancakes made with yogurt and thyme create a soft texture that harmonizes with the aromatic smoked chicken. Salty and fresh cucumbers add a crunchy freshness, while walnuts provide a slight sweetness and rich flavor. Dressed with delicate mayonnaise, the salad achieves a creamy consistency, making each forkful rich and balanced. This dish is suitable for both a light dinner and a festive table. It surprises with its originality by combining traditional Mediterranean ingredients with an unusual cooking approach. Each bite of this salad is a play of textures and flavors that offers gastronomic delight.
