Summer tiramisu with strawberries is a fresh and delicate dessert inspired by classic Italian tiramisu. Its history begins in sunny Italy, where tiramisu became a symbol of pleasure and elegance. In this version, fragrant strawberry syrup replaces coffee, giving the dessert lightness and fruity freshness. Delicate mascarpone combined with airy whipped egg whites creates a creamy texture, while savoiardi cookies soak up the berry aroma, becoming soft and melting in the mouth. Summer tiramisu is perfect for warm days when you crave something light and refreshing. It can be served at tea time, as a conclusion to a romantic dinner or as a festive dessert adorned with juicy strawberries. It is the true taste of summer captured in delicate layers of cream and aromatic berries.

1
Separate the yolks. Leave the whites in a separate bowl - we will need them.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
2
Add powdered sugar to the yolks and mix until smooth. It should turn white.
- Powdered sugar: 75 g
3
Add one can (I bought 250 gram cans) of mascarpone, mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
- Mascarpone cheese: 500 g
4
Beat the egg whites with a mixer (blender) until a thick, airy mass. I understood the consistency when I imagined meringue. Add to the cream and mix — the cream will become thinner.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
5
Blend strawberries and a little powdered sugar in a blender - to each their own taste.
- Strawberry: 500 g
- Powdered sugar: 75 g
6
We place cream at the bottom of the container where we make the treat. We dip the cookies in strawberry syrup and arrange them. From the specified amount, I got 2 layers.
- Savoiardi cookies: 300 g
7
We finish the composition with a layer of cream and sliced fresh strawberries.
- Strawberry: 500 g
