Cut 150 grams of strawberries into small cubes. Place the berries in a metal bowl, add the same amount of sugar, and set it over a water bath for an hour.
- Strawberry: 200 g

Mix the breadcrumbs with warm butter and 50 g of sugar.
- Sand crumbs: 100 g
- Butter: 20 g
- Sugar: 200 g

Take Philadelphia cheese, cream, the insides of a vanilla pod, and the zest of half a lemon. Blend the mixture in a blender until it resembles whipped cream.
- Philadelphia cheese: 225 g
- Cream 35%: 300 ml
- Vanilla pod: 1 piece
- Lemon zest: 1 tablespoon

Spread the cheese mixture in a 1 cm thick layer in a 10 cm high bowl. Add a layer of crumbs on top. Then add another layer of cheese and crumbs. Finish with a third layer of cheese and refrigerate for at least two hours.

Strain the prepared strawberry syrup through a sieve. Instead of cooked berries, take fresh ones, cut them into wedges, and mix them into the syrup.

Take out the cheesecake. Scoop a heaping tablespoon of cheesecake onto a plate and decorate with berries in syrup.
