Mix flour with yeast, curry, and 30 grams of seeds. Add water, oil, and knead the dough. Cover and place in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
- Wheat flour: 250 g
- Dry yeast: 7 g
- Yellow curry powder: 2 teaspoons
- Peeled pumpkin seeds: 40 g
- Water: 150 ml
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

Make 12 balls. Place on a baking sheet and leave for 30-35 minutes. Brush with egg yolk/oil/cream and sprinkle with remaining seeds. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
