A dietary muffin is a light and healthy baked good, perfect for breakfast or a snack. Its history originates from traditional European recipes adapted for those mindful of nutrition. The muffin's flavor is delicate and balanced: the sweetness of bananas harmonizes with the nutty notes of walnuts and oats. Yogurt adds airiness to the batter, while flaxseed provides subtle yet beneficial textural accents. Pear syrup instead of sugar makes the baked good healthier, and olive oil maintains its softness. Muffins can be complemented with dark chocolate for an exquisite contrast. It's an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy sweetness without harming their figure.
