Focaccia with red grapes

Focaccia with red grapes is an amazing combination of softness and sweetness from sunny Italy. This ancient Italian bread, traditionally baked with olive oil and rosemary, takes on a refined fruity note in this version. Sweet roasted grapes caramelize, creating a delightful contrast with the tender texture of the dough and a light crispy crust. Honey adds subtle sweetness, while brown sugar completes the picture with an exquisite caramel note. Focaccia pairs perfectly with breakfast and a cup of espresso or an evening glass of wine. It is ideal for festive tables or cozy home evenings. One bite transports you to the vineyards of Tuscany, where the aroma of fresh bread blends with the warmth of the Italian sun.
