Chocolate truffles with sea salt are a refined treat that combines the rich flavor of cocoa with an unexpected salty note that enhances its depth. These delicate candies with a velvety texture have roots in European traditions, where chocolate is valued for its gastronomic potential. Their preparation is an art requiring patience: first, a thick chocolate mass with vanilla is created, then cooled balls are dipped in milk chocolate and finished with a light touch of sea salt. This harmony of sweet and salty makes truffles a perfect complement to coffee or dessert wine, as well as a wonderful gift for true chocolate lovers.
