Preheat the oven to 100 degrees.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat with 150 grams of sugar until thick foam forms. Add lemon juice, the remaining sugar, and beat again.

Line the baking tray with parchment and pipe meringues about 7 cm in diameter using a piping bag. Bake for about 2 hours.

Whip the cream with 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar and add strawberries cut into small pieces. Spread the resulting mixture over the prepared pastries.
