Fish Muffins

Fish muffins are a refined dish of Mediterranean cuisine, combining the freshness of seafood and the delicate taste of baked cheese. This recipe originated as an experiment by chefs aiming to merge classic fish patties with a baking format. The result is muffins with a soft texture, rich cod aroma, and a slight tang from the baked tomato. Grated cheese gives them an appetizing golden crust, while green onions add freshness and spiciness to the composition. An ideal option for a light dinner or snack, they can be served as a standalone dish or as an accompaniment to salads and white wine. Fish muffins are a simple yet surprisingly delicious way to diversify your usual diet.
