Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath.
- Dark chocolate: 500 g
- Butter: 500 g

Whisk 10 eggs and 400 grams of powdered sugar until creamy. Add grated ginger to melted chocolate and butter, mix, then add flour and cocoa powder and mix thoroughly again. Combine the resulting chocolate mixture with the whipped eggs and gently fold.
