Mix ground chestnuts with pre-soaked raisins and olive oil. Add a little warm water to achieve a thick dough.
- Chestnuts: 250 g
- Raisin: 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons

Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet. Sprinkle pine nuts on top and gently press them into the dough.
