Cat Paw cookies are a charming treat that immediately attracts attention with their unusual shape. This dessert, popular in European cuisine, is a delicate and fragile cookie with vanilla notes enriched with chocolate glaze. The lightness of the dough is achieved thanks to whipped egg whites, and the contrasting combination of dark and white chocolate makes the taste harmonious and rich.
