Boil rice in salted water and cool it down.
- Rice: 100 g

Cut the fish fillet into pieces, salt and pepper. It's better to use chilled fish rather than frozen. A very tasty pie is made from salmon and trout.

Peel the onion, chop it finely, and fry until golden. At the end of frying, add flour.

Divide the dough into two unequal parts: one will be the pie base, the other will be used for the lattice. Roll out the larger part, place it on the baking sheet, and grease it with vegetable oil.

Layer rice on the dough, then half of the fish pieces, sprinkle with half of the parsley, and add half of the fried onions. Then layer again: fish, parsley, onions.

Make lattice strips from the remaining dough and place them on top of the pie.

Mix the yolk with a teaspoon of water, brush the pie. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Then place it in a preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
