Strawberry tiramisu with coffee biscuits is a refined blend of classic Italian dessert and fresh berries. Tiramisu, which originated in Venice in the 20th century, is traditionally made with coffee and liqueur-soaked savoiardi and an airy mascarpone-based cream. In this version, the light acidity of strawberries balances the rich flavor of coffee biscuits, creating an surprisingly harmonious dessert. The creamy texture of mascarpone, delicate sour cream, and sweetness of chocolate crumbs make each bite tender and sophisticated. This dessert is perfect for a summer evening, a romantic dinner, or simply to enjoy exquisite flavors in a cozy atmosphere.
