Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Use a round cutter about 7.5 cm in diameter to cut circles from the bread and place them on a baking sheet. Put in the oven for about 5 minutes until the bread is golden brown. Reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees.
- White bread: 680 g

In a pot, mix cream, milk, and sugar and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. In a bowl, beat the eggs well and gently incorporate the hot cream mixture. Add rum and vanilla.
- Whipped cream: 2 glasss
- Milk: 2 glasss
- Sugar: 1.3 glass
- Chicken egg: 8 pieces
- Dark rum: 0.3 glass
- Vanilla extract: 2 tablespoons

Grease 8 small souffle molds with butter and place them on a baking tray. In each mold, place a slice of bread, then add 1 tablespoon of cherries. Repeat the layers 3 times, with bread on top. Pour the prepared cream into the molds and let it sit for 30 minutes, gently pressing the bread.
