Iris with peanuts and chocolate

Iris with peanuts and chocolate is a true embodiment of flavor and texture harmony. This treat originates from European culinary tradition, where caramel and nuts have long been considered the perfect duo. The buttery, rich iris melts in your mouth while the crunchy peanuts add contrast, creating a delightful combination. Dark chocolate complements it by smoothly spreading over the surface, giving the dessert a deep, slightly bitter taste. This dessert pairs perfectly with a cup of strong coffee or a glass of red wine, turning each bite into a true gastronomic pleasure. Ideal as a festive treat or as an exquisite addition to a cozy evening.
