Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash the carrot, peel it, cut it lengthwise into 0.5 cm thick slices, then into strips and small cubes.

Dry the nuts in a dry pan, lightly toasting while stirring constantly.

Grind the nuts in a blender, leaving large pieces.

Wash the dates, dry them, remove the pits, and chop finely.

Heat cocoa butter in a pan (can be replaced with coconut or butter), sauté the carrot until soft over medium heat.

Add chopped dates to the carrots, simmer for 1 minute.

Add honey to the pan and mix everything.
- Honey: 1 tablespoon

Break the chocolate, add 15 grams of cocoa butter, and melt it in the microwave. Roll the resulting mass into 25-gram balls. Dip some candies in chocolate and roll others in coconut flakes. Place in the freezer in a closed container for 1 hour.
