In a larger bowl, combine sour cream, 3 eggs, 130 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, orange zest, 50 ml of orange juice, and butter, whisking until smooth and the sugar is dissolved.

Add dry ingredients, whisk until the dough is uniform and smooth.

Place the dough in the orange-shaped mold, smooth it out, and bake in a preheated oven at 185 degrees for 45 minutes.

Mix 75 ml of orange juice with 15 grams of sugar in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
