Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel the peaches, cut them into 1.5 cm cubes, and pour 1 tablespoon of lemon juice over them.

Peel the apples, remove the core. Cut the apples into cubes with a side of 1.5 cm.

Mix apples with peaches, stir. If the fruits are sour, add sugar, starch, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, cinnamon, and mix.

- Cornstarch: 30 g
- Vanilla sugar: 1.5 teaspoon

Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add baking powder, a pinch of salt, and mix.
- Wheat flour: 320 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch

Add diced chilled butter. Rub the butter with flour into crumbs.
- Butter: 160 g

Whisk the egg, add it to the crumbs. Mix well with your hands, but don't try to form it into a single lump.

Divide the dough into two parts, place one in the bottom of the mold, spread evenly, and compact with hands.

Evenly crumble the second part of the dough over the filling and slightly compact it.

Place the pie in the preheated oven at 180 degrees in the middle, bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
