Preparing "Ears" is as easy as pie: you need ready-made puff pastry, orange, cinnamon, sugar and salt. You will spend little time and effort - but the joy will last for a long time.

1
Prepare all the ingredients. Take the dough out of the freezer.
- Yeast-free puff pastry: 200 g

2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm.

3
Mix 100 grams of sugar with salt and cinnamon. Spread half of the sugar mixture over the dough. Roll it out slightly with a rolling pin.
- Sugar: 170 g
- Cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon

4
Carefully flip the dough, sprinkle with the remaining sugar mixture, and roll it out again.
- Sugar: 170 g

5
Roll the dough into a log towards the center from both sides. Wrap in paper and send to the freezer for 30 minutes.

6
Prepare the glaze. In a saucepan, mix 70 grams of sugar, orange zest, and juice.
- Sugar: 170 g
- Oranges: 2 pieces

7
Bring to a boil, reduce by half. Remove from heat.

8
Cut the roll into pieces 5–7 mm thick.

9
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Send to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 7 minutes. Flip the cookies and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
