At the end of July, sea buckthorn will appear in some regions, and with it an excellent curd tart, which, by the way, can be made from frozen berries. Recipe from the Aquaman corner, headed by brand chef Jonathan Curtis .

Prepare the cottage cheese filling: blend 500 grams of curd without lumps, 100 ml of 33% cream, 2 eggs, 150 grams of sugar, juice and zest of 1 lemon, and 50 grams of butter until smooth.
