Separate the whites from the yolks. Whip the whites with 0.5 cup of sugar (adding it gradually) into a stiff foam using a simple spiral whisk - the result is better than using a mixer.

Beat the yolks with 0.5 cup of sugar. Combine the egg whites with the yolks. Add sifted flour until the consistency of thick pouring sour cream. The dough is ready.

Grease the bottom of the mold or pan with vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour (in a thin layer), and arrange apple pieces as desired.

Pour the batter over the apples. Bake at medium temperature until golden brown without opening. If the inside of the pie is undercooked, lower the heat and keep it in longer. Baking takes about 10-15 minutes. That's it. You can make any cream for coating.
