Raspberry jelly is a refined dessert that combines a delicate texture with a rich berry flavor. This recipe has roots in Russian cuisine, where raspberries have long been used in sweet dishes for their freshness and aroma. The jelly is light and refreshing, perfectly complementing summer tea parties or festive gatherings. The sweetness of sugar is balanced by the subtle tartness of citric acid, creating a harmonious taste. It can be served as a standalone treat adorned with whole berries or used in complex desserts—such as layered mousses. Due to its simplicity of preparation and natural ingredients, this jelly is suitable for the whole family and brings joy with its vibrant color and rich aroma.
