- Cocoa powder: 7 tablespoons
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch
2
Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add melted (not hot) butter. Add vanillin. Beat again.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Butter: 100 g
- Vanillin: 1 teaspoon
3
Gradually add the dry ingredients. Cover the resulting dough with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for an hour.
4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
5
Line the baking tray with parchment paper and grease it with refined oil.
- Refined oil: 1 teaspoon
6
Roll out the dough and make different shapes using molds. Place on a baking sheet.
7
Bake for about 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the tray for a few minutes as they are too soft.
8
Make the glaze. Mix egg whites and powdered sugar, and whip the mixture with a whisk or mixer until it increases in volume two to three times.
- Egg white: 1 piece
- Powdered sugar: 150 g
9
Before applying the glaze to the cookies, lightly moisten the surface with water. Then take a pastry (or even a regular) bag, carefully outline the edges of the cookie, and then fill it completely. Place the tray with cookies in the oven for a few minutes to let the glaze dry faster.
