In Russia there are a lot of recipes for gingerbread, one region historically prepares some, another - others. Some, like the Tula gingerbread, go down in history, some are forgotten. These gingerbread with icing are the simplest, requiring no effort , complex products or manual dexterity. The only caveat: when you cook, do not disdain the icing. It is here not only for beauty, but also for taste, after all, it contains milk and sugar, adding sweetness and creaminess to the gingerbread.

Mix kefir, egg, flour, softened butter, vegetable oil, baking soda, and 450 grams of sugar until smooth.
- Kefir: 500 ml
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Wheat flour: 1100 g
- Butter: 100 g
- Vegetable oil: 100 ml
- Soda: 1.5 teaspoon
- Sugar: 650 g

Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

For the glaze, melt 200 grams of sugar with milk in a saucepan.
