Condensed milk is a sweet treat known since the 19th century, popular for its long shelf life and rich flavor. This recipe uses a combination of milk and cream, giving it special tenderness and a thick consistency. Simmering over medium heat allows the sugar to caramelize, creating a rich creamy-vanilla aroma. The cooled condensed milk can be used as an independent dessert or added to baked goods, coffee, or sauces. Its velvety texture and rich taste make it an ideal ingredient for various culinary experiments, adding exquisite sweetness and tenderness to dishes.
