1
Wash the apples and cut off the tops.

2
Remove the core of the apple using a teaspoon. Take out all the seeds and scoop out a cavity in the apple, turning it into a bowl or dish.

3
Place the apples in a baking dish lined with parchment. Sprinkle them with sugar (half of the specified amount) and cinnamon. Send everything to an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on how the apples are cooking.
- Sugar: 4 tablespoons
- Cinnamon: to taste

4
While the apples are baking, prepare the filling. Add berries to the cottage cheese (if frozen, thaw them first) and the remaining sugar. Gently mix so that the berries remain whole.
- Dry cottage cheese: 200 g
- Fresh berries: 100 g
- Sugar: 4 tablespoons

5
Place cottage cheese with a mound in each apple. Bake in the oven preheated to the same temperature for 5-7 minutes. The sign of readiness is slightly browned but not darkened cottage cheese.

6
Place the prepared apples in a serving dish carefully to avoid juice spilling out. Cover each apple with a lid and cool for 10 minutes. Then drizzle with liquid honey and sprinkle with nuts, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and berries. Garnish with mint and serve.
- Honey: to taste
- Nuts: to taste
- Powdered sugar: to taste
- Cinnamon: to taste
