- Apple: 5 piece
- Apple jam: 300 g
- Almond petals: 100 g
- Sugar: 45 g
- Ground cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon

Mix yolks, milk, 15 grams of sugar, and vanilla sugar in a saucepan, place on low heat, and stir constantly until thickened. Let it cool.

- Milk: 400 ml
- Sugar: 45 g
- Vanilla sugar: 15 g
