Red Vitamin Cold Soup

Red bell peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers in a strong chicken broth. The soup will need olive oil, let it be fragrant extra virgin oil.

Finely chop the carrots, red peppers, and tomatoes, place them in a pot, and cover with broth. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and cook until the carrots are tender.
