Thoroughly mix oat flour (wheat flour can also be used) with boiled fine wheat groats.
- Oat flour: 50 g
- Wheat groats: 20 g

Add salt and ½ cup of water.

Knead the dough and divide it into small balls the size of a cherry.

In the hot broth made from beef, add finely chopped and sautéed onion, tomato puree, coarsely chopped spinach, salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
