Cut the stems off the peppers, leave the seeds, they will add spiciness.
- Red chili pepper: 500 g

Pass the peppers, peeled garlic, and nuts through the meat grinder.
- Red chili pepper: 500 g
- Garlic: 175 g
- Walnuts: 75 g

Add all the spices and mix well.
- Utskho-suneli: 25 g
- Salt: 1.5 teaspoon

Squeeze the resulting mass through cheesecloth to get rid of excess juice. Transfer the finished adjika to a jar and store it in the refrigerator.
