Natural homemade yogurt is a traditional Bulgarian product known for its soft, creamy taste and slight tanginess. Bulgarian yogurt has a long history tied to the pastoral culture of the Balkans. It is rich in beneficial bacteria that support digestion and pairs perfectly with fruits, honey, or nuts. Made at home, this yogurt retains purity and naturalness without additives. The fermentation process gives it a characteristic texture and rich flavor, making it an excellent option for breakfast or a light snack. Chilled, it becomes even more refreshing, especially in the summer heat. It is not just food but part of a cultural heritage passed down through generations.
