Boil soy meat in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain the water, place the meat on a sieve to let the remaining water drain. Allow the soy to cool.

In another pot, mix vegetable oil, finely chopped celery, onion, and carrot. Let the vegetables stew until the onion becomes soft. Then add soy meat, bay leaf, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Let the stew simmer on low heat for 50-60 minutes.
