Finely chop the onion and sauté in a mixture of vegetable and butter until golden.
- Onion: 1 head
- Vegetable oil: 20 ml
- Butter: 20 g

Mix Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, finely chopped basil, and fried onions into the minced meat. Mix well.
- Ground meat: 400 g
- Worcestershire sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Red Basil: 2 sprigs
- Onion: 1 head
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Spread the minced meat on the bread in a 4 mm layer, covering all the edges.
- Rye bread: 8 pieces
- Ground meat: 400 g

Brush the surface of the minced meat with vegetable oil.
- Vegetable oil: 20 ml

Cut the pepper into rings crosswise and layer the red and yellow rings alternately on the sandwiches.
- Red sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Yellow bell pepper: 1 piece

Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Vegetable oil: 20 ml
